PCH Townhome
Background
Located less than half a mile to the beach and tucked into the one of best locations in South Bay, this townhome was a rare opportunity for me to create a unique and one of a kind home.
How I got started
When COVID started i realized, this home was too dark, hence i repainted the kitchen and walls in the house. This small yet powerful upgrade allowed me to get a brighter and more modern look to our kitchen where we used to cook, work and entertain.
My style
While designing this house, i wanted to create luxury living for a young family. Focus was on functionality, natural colors and materials. I immediately removed all carpets and replaced with white oak wooden floors, added a personal touch with a walk-in closet by California Closets. I hope you will enjoy this project as much as i did.
